Shipping policy

We ship Worldwide. See next question's answer for delivery times.

AUSTRALIA
Delivery Time: 1-4 Business Days (express delivery)  

NEW ZEALAND
Delivery Time: 8-15 Business Days (standard shipping option) 

Delivery Time: 3-5 Business Days  (express shipping option)

SHIPPING – REST OF WORLD

Delivery Time: 1-3 Weeks (standard shipping - International Pack + Track Service)

The best option is to call Australia Post on 13 76 78 they can then further help you with tracking down your order. It is important that the recipient of the parcel contacts Australia Post as they can give you more confidential information than if we were to contact them. However, if your parcel does not reach you within the estimated delivery time, we will do all we can to track and help you find your parcel.

Once parcels have left our warehouse they are then property of Australia Post. Divine Avenue is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. 

Orders placed before 1PM AEST are sent that day. Orders are not shipped on public holidays or weekends.  

To ensure that your parcel arrives securely if you are not home Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post brand to pick up your parcel. 

Returns and exchanges

All returned items receive a store credit which is in the form of an online gift card, we do not issue refunds

Due to our high-volume stock turn over we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you just place a new order using your Store Credit.

STEP ONE: Fill out the returns form sent with your order, if needed, click here to download and print out a copy of the returns form.

STEP TWO: Make sure your item is ready to go, adhering to the following returns conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days for orders shipped within Australia and 28 days for orders shipped outside of Australia, from first receiving the parcel.Items must be sent back unworn, not washed, with tags still attached and in original protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Items must be free of pet hair, odour and marks makeup, fake tan etc.

Must not be marked as a Final Sale (this is in the product description). We are unable to accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons. 

Our team will inspect the return before we issue a credit note. We reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions. This will then be returned to the sender. 

STEP THREE: Post it back to us.

OPTION 1 (AUS ONLY): Returning items is now super easy! We have set up an online returns system with Australia Post so that there is no need to go to the post office and that the return cost is a flat rate of $8.95. To continue with this method simply click here to be taken to the Australia Post returns website, fill in your details and continue to these steps:

Print and attach the Australia Post Return label to your package. (We recommend using the satchel your order came in originally, turned inside out and sealed up securely.)Place your parcel into the nearest red Australia Post box

OPTION 2 (AUS & INTERNATIONAL): Alternatively, you can purchase a prepaid satchel from the post office to return the goods.

Please ensure that included in the return satchel is this completed returns form and your invoice to ensure we have all information necessary to process your return.

We process all returns and email out credit notes within 1-2 days of returns being delivered to us. Credit notes are emailed in the form of a gift card to be used online.

Be sure to check junk/spam email folders for this email otherwise send us an email at sales@divineavenue.com.au and we can resend it to you

Our credit notes expire 12 months after issue date.

Due to our high-volume stock turn over we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges and are unable to hold stock. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you just place a new order using your web credit note.

All returned items receive Store Credits which are in the form of a gift card. Our Store Credits have no expiry date. This applies to all returned items regardless of payment method (i.e Afterpay).

For orders placed with Afterpay:
- When we receive the item/s and accept your return, we will issue a Store Credit for the total value of the item/s returned.
- Your agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

Products & Sizing

Our sizes are standard Australian sizes unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions. 

Also check product descriptions for exact size measurements to guide in selecting your correct size. If an item doesn’t have its exact measurements displayed or you would like further assistance with sizing feel free to contact us either via Facebook messenger or email.

Occasionally we re-stock styles or out of stock sizes may become available again. If your size is unavailable in a particular style we suggest entering your email address on the product page where it says ‘email when available.’ You will then receive an email notification if we receive extra stock in your size.

Orders & Pre-orders

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that we have received your order. You will also receive a separate email after your order has been shipped. If for some reason you have not received these emails and you have checked the junk/spam folder of your email inbox, please contact us.

If you have mistakenly placed an order with an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via Facebook messenger or email.  We are generally able to change the shipping address unless the order has already been shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. 

If you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, please email us providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

We have now made pre-order available so you can ensure you never miss out on your size again! You can now order styles prior to their arrival to our warehouse.

The estimated dispatch date is stated in the product description area of each style. Once delivered to our warehouse it will be dispatched immediately.

Although we try to make this delivery estimate as accurate as possible please keep in mind it is just an estimate not a guaranteed date as delays out of our control can occur. If you have concerns please contact us via email: sales@divineavenue.com.au or Facebook Messenger. 

Standard return & exchange policies apply to all preorders - cancelling a preorder will result in a store credit issued.

PLEASE NOTE: The entire order of any Pre Ordered item purchased with items available will be held until ALL styles are available for dispatch and will be posted together. If you wish to avoid any delays with your available items you will need to purchase them items separately.
