- Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday — Friday will be shipped that day.
- All parcels are sent requiring a signature on delivery for security reasons. If you are not at the shipping address at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office. If you have not been left a collection card, you can take a form of ID and tracking information to your nearest post office and they can help organise collection.
- Once your order is posted an automated email with your parcels tracking details will be sent. This allows you to track your parcel with Australia Post - www.auspost.com.au/track
- Occasionally Australia Post may experience delays which unfortunately is out of our control. Therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
